Well, Liz and I were getting rather bored, so we decided to go out today...looked around for a job (through Classified). Wanted a slack one, so I found a flyer-distribution one. No fixed days and hours, so, good. :) The Mother was afraid I'd get raped or something if I went for the walk-in alone, so I had to go with a friend...and I managed to pull Liz along! :D
So anyway, we went to the place...they just gave us a form and we filled it up. Then we walked over to...you'll never guess. LITTLE INDIA!! We had a whale of a time there (I won't say why, if not I'll get arrested!). We even took photos like kiasu tourists! :D Can go see photos when they're up. Heh.
After that, met Louisa while having our linner ( lunch + dinner) at Pepper Lunch. First time Liz and I ate there. After that, seemed like the children in us came out...we walked around the toy fair in Taka...after that bought ice-cream (fat free ok!) and walked over to Paragon. Went to Marks & Spencer to see see, then went to Toys 'R' Us lah!
Oh well, as long as we're happy....
Well, I'm here quite late 'cos my bro has been hogging the com for the longest time ever. But can't blame him I guess, he's desperate for any minute out of camp (who wouldn't be...?).
Speaking of which, I find the authorities in the army rather annoying. He took MC last Wed I think. Then they're supposed go back one day and show their MC for verification. But he didn't, so he was quite scared he'd get punished. But the thing is, when they go back to verify their MC, the guy in charge would ask them to stay and rest in camp instead. Which is kinda stupid, as it defeats the purpose of even taking an MC. They are such cheaters lah! So irritating please. Now I understand better why practically every guy I know dread enlisting. They are, indeed, treated rather poorly and unfairly.
Hah, maybe if a PAP supporter stumbles upon my blog, I'll get (in)famous...maybe even end up like Xiaxue!
Eee.
